By partnering or engaging Digital Fusion Cape Town (Pty) Ltd, you agree that you abide by this Agreement and any additional that maybe offered to you by Digital Fusion. A client is the party described as such an any application or service order executed between Digital Fusion and the individual / company.
The parties agree as follows:
Definitions: Terms defined above have their assigned meanings and each of the following terms has the meaning assigned to it.
Website design
The acceptance of the quotation by Client signature implies that the below terms and conditions have been read and understood and accepted by the Client.
1. Quotations to clients are only valid for a period of 14 calendar days from date of quote
2. a 50% non-refundable deposit of the overall product/Services will be payable prior to commencement of any work.
3. Client understands that he/she/it is not entitled to any refunds for whatsoever reason.
4. Digital Fusion shall only be obliged to commence with work upon the agreed project date and once payment reflects in their account as provided on the quotation. This includes the payment of any requested deposit. The agreed project date reflects the availability of Digital Fusion to attend to the Client’s request, should the deposit payment be made after the original agreed project date the availability of Digital Fusion should be reviewed and new project dates are to be agreed upon and/or delays be expected.
5. Full and Final payment will become due and payable within 48 hours once website design is completed and Digital Fusion issued invoice.
6. Any and all access codes to the website will be provided within 24 hours of final payment reflecting in the account of Digital Fusion. Should the client fail to make payment within 48 hours, Digital Fusion will retain the product/services as security for payment and the client will have no right to access and/or use same.
7. Client shall be liable for Digital Fusion’s legal costs as between attorney and own client in the event that Digital Fusion has to approach an attorney or institute legal action for payment of their account or any other breach of these terms and conditions. The Client will also be liable for all tracing fees and collection fees.
Digital Marketing and other execution of marketing & design services for the Client:
The acceptance of the Quotation by Client signature implies that the below terms and conditions have been read and understood and accepted by the Client.

Any additional services requested and not provided for in the original quotation an additional quote will be provided of which full and final payment will become due and payable within 48 hours of the issued invoice by Digital Fusion. Additional services will not be rendered should payment not be received.
